DOMESTIC:

We offer flat rate shipping for $12 standard (Tracked) $15 Express (Tracked)

INTERNATIONAL: 

NEW ZEALAND: Flat Rate $12 (Untracked)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email.

As our items are made to order our process and handling time is approximately 3-10 business days, we do attempt to get your item out to you as soon as possible.

Please note that this time can be longer in peak times, new releases or markets. All times are from the date of order on all items unless otherwise stated and does not include the transit time to arrive at your door step.

Standard Shipping

This includes a tracking number, upon dispatch an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. This can take up to 7 business days

Express Post

This includes a tracking number, upon dispatch an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. Normal delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, Cooper and Hudson Co can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package.

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person.

This can be a result of a delay caused by Australia Post that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight.

This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
