I put as much love into your pieces as I do my own children’s clothes. All products are carefully handmade and checked before they are sent to you. Due to them being handmade there maybe slight variations between each product. Colours may also vary between different screens.
If you receive an item and you believe it to be faulty please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours, with your order number and photos of the alleged fault.
If we deem you eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be sent to us at your cost within 7 days of the purchase date. They must be in original/new condition and have a copy of the receipt attached as proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the products have been damaged due to lack of care on your behalf. This also includes not following care instructions.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Our products are handmade to order, we are unable to refund or cancel for ‘change of mind’.
